These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nestovaya online store at nestovaya.lol (the "Store") and any purchase you make. "Nestovaya," "we," "us" and "our" refer to our business. By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. Minors may use the Store only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and product details may change.

Size, capacity and compatibility information is provided to help you choose. Acceptance of bags, liquids, locks or other items by airlines, security agencies or transport providers depends on their current rules, which you are responsible for checking before you travel.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout and our payment providers.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, even after confirmation.

• Successful email subscribers receive an automatic 15% discount sitewide, not limited to the first order. No code is required.
• Selected promotional products receive an automatic 20% discount. No code is required.
• How discounts apply to a cart is determined at checkout, and the final price is shown before you pay.
• Offers have no cash value and may be changed or ended at any time without affecting orders already placed.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm it or ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of product availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every product, and orders are delivered in 3–5 calendar days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered. Contact us promptly if an order is late, missing or damaged.

Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days. To start a request, contact us with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

The Store and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images and design, belong to Nestovaya or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party brand names shown in product listings belong to their respective owners.

When using the Store, you agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone's rights
• Place fraudulent orders or misuse offers
• Interfere with the Store's security or operation
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
• Upload or send harmful, misleading or offensive content

The Store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers and order tracking tools, and may link to external sites like our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, the Store and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Any manufacturer warranties that apply to a product remain available to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestovaya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nestovaya harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
