Nestovaya offers free returns and free exchanges within 30 days. This policy explains how to start a request, how items are sent back and how refunds are issued. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

Requests for a return or exchange must be made within 30 days. If you are unsure whether your order is still within the window, contact us with your order number and we will confirm it for you.

03Free Returns

If an item is not right for your travels, you can return it free of charge within the 30-day window.

• There is no cost to you for sending an eligible return back.
• We share the return instructions after you contact us.
• Once your return is reviewed, we confirm by email.

04Free Exchanges

Need a different size, color or style? Exchanges are free within 30 days. Tell us which option you would prefer, and our team will check its availability before arranging the exchange. Your replacement item ships free, just like every Nestovaya order.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can share the right instructions. Include:

• Your order number, found in your order confirmation email.
• The item you would like to return or exchange.
• For exchanges, the option you would prefer instead.

06Sending Items Back

Please include any parts and accessories that came with the item, and pack it securely so it is protected on its way back to us. Follow the instructions we provide so your return can be matched to your order and reviewed quickly.

07Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will confirm by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds reflect the amount you paid for the returned item, including any automatic discount applied at checkout.
• Your bank or card provider may need extra time for the refund to appear on your statement.

08Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every product, so there is no original shipping fee to deduct from a refund. Eligible returns are free to send back, and exchange items ship to you free of charge.

09Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

10Order Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, message us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update or cancel it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, you can use our free returns process instead.
